So it would appear that Everton and Forest have not only been convicted of non-offences, but were severely punished for them.
English civil law is about restoration of the harmed party to the state it would have been in without the damage casue in the offence. This would reasonably be an award of millions of pounds for legal fees, plus several million for the place award for its location in the premiership with an additional 10 points, plus the restoration of the 10 points deducted.
It will be interesting to see how the Red Cartel tries to duck this one.
